Becoming Fit at Church Ministry (BFC) offers new evening Flex Class via Zoom.

Looking for a great way to relax at the end of the day? Come try the new evening version of BFC (Becoming Fit at Church) Exercise – Flexibility for a Better YOU! The class will meet on Monday evenings at 7:30 p.m. via Zoom only—beginning Monday, May 1. The class is performed on the floor/mat and begins with foam rolling, followed by full body stretching exercise. It ends with a relaxation segment. (You won’t want to get up!)
There are also five other BFC exercise classes each week, offered both in person and via Zoom, for beginners to advanced. And, if you enjoy being outdoors—come try BFO (Becoming Fit Outdoors) Walking/Hiking, which meets on Thursday evenings.
